CENTERBROOK — After the cancellation of many popular summer craft shows and gallery closures due to COVID, art lovers and craft aficionados have something to look forward to this fall.

Spectrum Gallery and Artisan’s Store presents The Autumn Arts Festival Exhibit, showcasing select work by participating artists in the 2020 Autumn Arts Festival on the Madison Town Green.

The seven-week gallery exhibit opens to the public on Friday, Sept. 18 and runs through Sunday, Nov. 8. Due to Covid-19, there is no opening reception for this exhibit. The Gallery is also adhering to all safety measures and asks that visitors wear masks and use hand sanitizer upon entering the Gallery.

In the Autumn Festival Exhibit, select pieces by festival artists are presented and include painting, photography, mixed media and collage in the Gallery, with the Artisans Store offering many one-of-a-kind fine crafts. The Outdoor Festival will be on the Madison Town Green on Saturday, Oct. 10 (10-5 p.m.) and Sunday, Oct. 11 (12-5 p.m.).

Spectrum Anytime at spectrumartgallery.org/shop offers visitors the ability to browse and shop the online gallery and Artisans Store from home with shipping available throughout the US. These options offer a perfect choice for upcoming events and gift giving. Gift cards are also available in the store and online.
